AutoCAD Draftsman

1. Create detailed and accurate architectural and engineering drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, schematics, etc.) using CAD software, based on rough sketches and specifications provided by architects and engineers.

2. Ensure all designs and drawings strictly comply with relevant industry standards, safety codes, local regulations, and specifically the Common Schedule of Rates (CSR) of the Punjab PWD (Public Works Department).

3. Conduct detailed quantity estimations from drawings and assist in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects, using the standard rates and items specified in the Punjab CSR document.

4. Work closely with engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to understand design concepts, discuss technical details, and ensure seamless integration of designs across different disciplines.

5. Revise and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions, and maintain an organized archive of all drawings and related project documentation.

6. Conduct site visits as necessary to gather data, verify measurements, and ensure design accuracy and compliance during the construction phase.
