AutoCAD Draftsman

• Technical Drawing & Layouts: Create detailed HVAC layouts, ducting/piping drawings, and plant room layouts based on engineering designs.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other MEP (Mechanical, Electrical) services to avoid design clashes and ensure constructability.
• Shop Drawing & As-Built: Prepare shop drawings for construction and update to "as-built" status upon project completion.
• Engineering Support: Perform HVAC calculations for duct sizing, pipe sizing, and unit selection, and assist with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) estimation.
• Site Coordination: Review and modify drawings based on on-site conditions, field changes, and engineer feedback.
• Software Usage: Proficient use of AutoCAD (essential) and Revit or other 3D software to produce accurate drawings.
