AutoCAD Draftsman 2D/3D

To produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Using CAD software (like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit) to produce detailed drawings based on specifications from engineers, architects, or designers.

Reviewing rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other documents to create accurate and detailed technical drawings.

Developing plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for various projects, ensuring they comply with industry standards and regulations.

Adding necessary dimensions, annotations, and specifications to drawings to clarify design intent and facilitate construction or manufacturing processes.

Making revisions to existing drawings based on feedback, field measurements, or design changes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Working closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and resolve design issues.

Creating lists of materials and quantities required for construction or manufacturing based on drawings and specifications.

Reviewing drawings to ensure they are accurate, complete, and comply with company standards, industry codes, and project requirements.

Organizing and maintaining CAD files, documentation, and records related to drawings, revisions, and project archives.

Ensuring that drawings and designs comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to specific projects.

Staying current with CAD software advancements and industry best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.

Assisting project managers by providing technical support, preparing drawings for presentations or proposals, and participating in project meetings as needed.

Meeting deadlines and project milestones while maintaining high standards of workmanship and accuracy.

Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering drawings and documentation that meet or exceed expectations and address client needs effectively.

Visit project sites as needed to obtain precise measurements and information necessary for the creation of comprehensive drawings and plans.
