BEME-BONGARD Equipment Middle East is an equipment supplier specializing in the bakery and pastry sector. Exclusive distributor of the BONGARD brand, SAVY GOISEAU, HYDROPROCESS.

We are present throughout the Middle East region. We sell, install, and maintain bakery equipment to a clientele of craftsmen, hotels, and supermarkets.

We are looking for 1 Senior AutoCAD and SKETCHUP Designer Draftsman, with the aim of creating a strong team concerned with providing high-quality standards services and expertise.

The person must have experience in bakery, pastry, and kitchen drawings.

Job description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• The ability to produce 2D and 3D professional engineering /detailed drawings related to internal and external hospitality, production industry, and hotel developments.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Stay up-to-date on all issues, updates, and progress of all projects
• Maintain CAD drafting project schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate conceptual sketches and design concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, as required.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in the creation of material lists and quantities for project cost estimation.
• Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation for easy reference.
• Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD software developments and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the project team in various design and drafting tasks as needed.

Desired Skill & Expertise :

• 3-5 Year Associate's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural AutoCAD or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer for hospitality projects
• 5 years’ experience in Fit-out shop drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management.
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong drive for results.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and SKETCHUP
• Leadership abilities and detail-oriented
• Communication skills
