AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Supervisor (GRC & GRP)

Position: AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Supervisor
Location: Ajman, UAE
Industry: GRC & GRP Manufacturing & Installation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D 3D shop drawings and production drawings for GRC & GRP products.
• Review architectural & structural drawings and convert them into manufacturing/installation-ready details.
• Coordinate with engineers, production team, and project managers for drawing approvals.
• Supervise site installation of GRC & GRP elements ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
• Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress reports.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Quantity survey and BOQ preparation
• 3–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or site supervision (preferably in GRC/GRP or construction industry).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural & structural drawings.
• Strong site management, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
