Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman – Metal Division with experience in architectural metal works and structural steel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for architectural metal and structural steel works
• Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and tender drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in metal or steel fabrication
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
• Knowledge of architectural metal works, steel structures, and fabrication details
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aluminum, stainless steel, and MS fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., SolidWorks, Tekla – added advantage)
• Knowledge of site execution and installation processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
