AutoCAD Draftsman/ Quantity Surveyor (Stone & Marble field)

English Speaker

Must have knowledge in construction industry .

Experience required: Wall Cladding, Flooring, Counter tops, Bathroom, Kitchen, Stairs, steps, etc.

Can work with less supervision and have initiative.
Must have a great knowledge for getting quantities, drafting, quotations,3d, 2d, designs, cutting list.

Must have positive and good character.

Must know AutoCAD, Plan Swift (Preferred) & Excel.

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.

2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications.

3. Review rough sketches, specifications, and other relevant documents to create accurate drawings.

4. Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.

5. Make necessary revisions or modifications to existing drawings as required.

6. Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and related documentation.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

8. Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD software features and techniques drafting work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
