Job Title: Draftsman (Civil)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience in preparing architectural and civil drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, along with working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, and Quantity Surveying. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and assisting in project planning and estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Produce architectural, structural, and civil drafting layouts.
• Modify and update drawings as per client or engineer requirements.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs and assist in quantity surveying.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience in 3ds Max.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion.
• Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation.
• Good understanding of civil construction drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
