AutoCAD Draughtsman

Core Tasks

Develops detailed documentation drawing packages from concept, schematic, to detailed design stage.

• Meets projects deliverables and deadlines. • Assist in reviewing contractors’ shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and specs.

• Coordinates with designers’ concepts and clients’ briefs.

• Meets with consultants (MEP, Lighting, Kitchen suppliers, and others) alongside the designer handling the project to help finalize all related technical points for the project if required.

• Coding and annotating drawings according to all specifications

• Complies with all relevant building regulations, codes and practices.

• Supervises design details on sites and providing site snagging.

SKILLS-SET NEEDED

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience

2. Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ or relevant

3. Software skills: MS Office and design related programs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc..)

4. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage

5. Excellent communication Skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
