AutoCAD Draughtsman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman for water networks projects related to Potable Water and Recycled Water systems under TAQA standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop Shop Drawings, Layouts, Profiles, Schematics, Typical Details, Lifting Drawings, and As-Built Drawings related to Potable Water and Recycled Water Networks.

Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and construction requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams for technical drawing updates and modifications.

Prepare drawings in compliance with TAQA standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Handle and interpret survey data, coordinates, and utility crossing information for drawing preparation and updates.

Support technical submissions and final documentation for project approvals and handovers.

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of TAQA standards and specifications.

2. Experience in Potable Water and Recycled Water Networks.

3. Strong experience in Shop Drawings related to water infrastructure projects.

4. Ability to prepare Layout, Schematic, Profile, Typical Details, Lifting, and As-Built drawings.

5. Familiarity with survey data and coordinate handling.

6. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.

7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
