About the Role

Oliviya Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for our residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural and structural drawings and the ability to work closely with architects and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Convert hand sketches and design concepts into technical drawings.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and management feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Support quantity take-offs and basic detailing when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Architecture or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction detailing and standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
