At our company, we are looking for an AutoCAD Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities –

· Prepare and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and cable schedules using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical

· Design control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, and power distribution layouts

· Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and electrical documentation

· Ensure designs comply with IEC, IEEE, NEC, IS, and project-specific standards

· Coordinate with PLC/SCADA engineers, mechanical engineers, and site teams

· Revise drawings based on engineering changes and site feedback

· Support panel manufacturing, FAT, and commissioning activities when required

· Maintain proper version control and documentation as per project procedures

Qualifications –

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AutoCAD Electrical or electrical drafting

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical

· Strong understanding of:

o Control circuits and power circuits

o PLC I/O wiring and field instrumentation

o Electrical symbols, tagging, and numbering standards

· Knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, VFD, HMI, sensors)

· Familiarity with panel design, cable sizing, and protection devices

· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

Mandatory Soft-skills –

· Experience with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Delta)

· Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI

· Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or EPC projects

· Awareness of electrical safety and grounding practices

· Strong attention to detail is required.

· Must possess good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The range for the salary is INR 30,000 – INR 50,000 per month. The actual salary will be offered based on the relevant experience and existing CTC.
