AutoCAD / SketchUp Drafting Specialist

Location: Karachi & Islamabad (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Drafting Specialist with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp to prepare house plans, sales drawings, and construction documents for permitting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CAD drafting and construction fundamentals, with the ability to produce accurate and professional documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed house plans for both sales presentations and construction permitting.
• Create accurate drafting documents in line with construction standards.
• Ensure drawings meet permitting requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to revise, finalize, and improve drafting outputs.
• Export/import files in .dwg/.dxf formats for cross-software compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in drafting and design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD (knowledge of SoftPlan is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with construction standards and processes.
• Ability to interpret and produce accurate CAD-based drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to additional software as required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SoftPlan drafting software.
• Exposure to other design and drafting programs.

Compensation:

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
