We are seeking a skilled Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist to join our growing organization in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role: You will help our clients in the AEC industry by giving expert support and guidance on Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of proven experience in an Autodesk partner environment, supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud tools (BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help drive product sales by sharing technical knowledge during business development.
• Work on well qualified customer opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate product value to prospects and customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
