Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions on Autodesk applications (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Inventor, Fusion 360 or others based on specialization).
  • Conduct practical workshops on graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Teach design principles, drafting standards, 3D modeling, visualization, rendering, and graphic communication techniques.
  • Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and project-based activities.
  • Assist learners in developing industry-standard portfolios and project outputs.
  • Design and update course content to align with current industry practices and software updates.
  • Customize the curriculum for corporate, academic, and individual learner requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and advanced learners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Autodesk or Adobe tools (Autodesk Certified Professional, Adobe Certified Expert) are a strong advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in training or industry practice in design, drafting, or visual media.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating technical and creative expertise.
