You will be required to perform maintenance and repairs to all company vehicles and equipment as directed. Requires a strong personal consideration for safety.

WORK HOURS

Typical work hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m (10 hours/day); five days per week. Weekends optional.

COMPENSATION:
Total Comp Package Per Year is $87K - $95K.

Comp Package Break Down:
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week.
Yearly pay $72K to $80K depending on hours worked.
Take Home Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on experience and abilities.
Plus Fringe Benefits of $8.93/hr totaling $33.93 - $36.93 per hour total comp package.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A valid Arizona Driver’s License

· Must be physically fit & pass pre-employment physical

· Must pass the company driving test

· Reliable transportation

· Experience in fleet maintenance

REGULAR JOB DUTIES

· Repair vehicles and equipment as directed, both at the company facility and in the field.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose problems

· Determining priorities, show enthusiasm while working accurately, concentrating amid distractions, remember details, making decisions, work rapidly but safey, work well with others, work well alone, and work under pressure.

· Must complete service requests completely, accurately, and legible.

· Perform other duties as requested.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES

· Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and electronics.

· Knowledge of hydraulic and PTO systems.

WCA, Inc., has a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with LiUNA (Labor International Union of North America) and its local affiliates. Rules regulating wages, hours and working conditions are determined by the terms of the CBA and applicable law.
