Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Automatic Paint Machine Operator with proven GCC experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, calibrating, and maintaining automatic painting machines used for wood finishing and surface coating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automatic paint spraying/finishing machines.
• Ensure correct paint mixing, viscosity, and application for high-quality finishes.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of paint equipment.
• Adjust machine settings for different wood types, finishes, and project requirements.
• Follow safety standards, workplace cleanliness, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven GCC experience as an Automatic Paint Machine Operator (wood or furniture industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of paint materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
