Job Title: Automatic Sliding & Shutter Door Technician
Salary: QAR 2,000 + FTA provided by company
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automatic Sliding & Shutter Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automatic sliding doors, shutter doors, and gate barrier systems. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with the ability to respond efficiently to breakdown calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain automatic sliding doors, shutter doors, and gate barrier systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in door controllers, sensors, motors, control panels, relays, and safety devices.
  • Configure, program, and adjust door controllers according to site requirements.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operation.
  • Respond promptly to breakdown calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and fix system faults.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automatic sliding and shutter door systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Experience in troubleshooting controllers, sensors, and safety devices.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines.
  • GCC experience in Facilities Management is preferred.

Preferred:

  • GCC experience in Facilities Management or maintenance companies.
  • Technical diploma or relevant certification in Electrical/Mechanical field.
