Automation & AI Agent Developer (n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel)

About the Role

We are seeking an onsite Automation & CRM Developer with a mix of GoHighLevel CRM expertise and coding skills. This role is ideal for someone who can build standard automations while also developing custom-coded integrations, scripts, and middleware to handle complex workflows.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team in-office to design, implement, and optimize automation systems that support multiple business processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, snapshots, and funnels.
• Write custom code (JavaScript / Python) for advanced automation logic.
• Develop API & webhook integrations between GHL and other systems (Zoho, Monday.com, Slack, Google, Twilio, etc.).
• Manage CRM data flow (imports, deduplication, tagging, syncing).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows for performance.
• Work onsite with the team to deliver solutions quickly and reliably.

Requirements

• Hands-on coding experience (JavaScript, Python preferred).
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Good understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and webhooks.
• Experience with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
• Ability to work full-time onsite and collaborate with team members daily.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with React / Flask / Django / Node.js for dashboards or middleware.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / BigQuery / Supabase.
• Background in real estate, insurance, healthcare, or SaaS automation.
• Exposure to AI-powered workflows (OpenAI, Twilio Voice, Smartlead).
