Millennial Networks is seeking a high-impact leader to drive automation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and directly influence revenue growth.
This is not a purely technical development role.
This position requires strong business ownership, executive presence, structured project leadership, and client-facing confidence. The selected candidate will own outcomes from strategy through deployment and measurable results.
We are looking for a structured, revenue-minded, execution-focused professional who understands how automation drives operational efficiency — and how to position those solutions to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Automation & Business Analysis
- Identify automation opportunities within client operations
- Analyze workflows and translate business needs into scalable automation solutions
- Structure business cases with clear ROI and success metrics
- Maintain a visible automation pipeline aligned with revenue priorities
Project Leadership & Ownership
- Own project outcomes from scope definition to full deployment
- Define timelines, milestones, accountability structures, and KPIs
- Lead internal delivery meetings and coordinate execution teams
- Ensure disciplined documentation, structured execution, and quality standards
- Guarantee complete implementation including training, support handoff, and measurable success metrics
Client-Facing & Executive Communication
- Present automation strategies and project updates to executive audiences
- Lead weekly client status meetings
- Support pre-sales conversations and scope definition
- Communicate complex concepts clearly in both English and Spanish
- Maintain strong writing and documentation standards
Supervision & Accountability
- Supervise and guide cross-functional teams
- Establish performance expectations and enforce accountability
- Conduct structured performance evaluations and coaching conversations
Sales & Revenue Contribution
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Influence and help close automation-related engagements
- Contribute to revenue through commission-eligible solutions
- Align delivery execution with commercial growth objectives
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience managing projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong business analysis capabilities
- Experience in sales-driven or client-facing environments
- Strong writing and documentation skills (English & Spanish)
- Comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
Highly Preferred
- Experience in healthcare industry environments
- Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, Agile – entry level accepted)
- UiPath Automation Business Analyst Associate Training or Certification
- Experience leading automation or process optimization initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Sales commissions
- Performance bonus eligibility
