REQUIRED SKILLS:

Automation:

- PLC Programming (Siemens / Delta / Allen Bradley)

- HMI Designing & Troubleshooting

Weighing Systems:

- Weighing Controllers

- Load Cell installation, calibration & troubleshooting

- Belt Weigh Feeder setup, calibration & commissioning

Packing Machines:

- Packing / Bagging machine automation

- Integration of weighing systems with packing machines

- Troubleshooting packing & filling issues

Electrical:

- Control panel wiring & testing

- Motors, VFD, MCC basics

- Electrical drawing understanding

Instrumentation:

- Field instruments (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)

- Sensors, transmitters, loop checking & commissioning

- PLC I/O mapping

Job Role:

- Site installation, testing & commissioning

- Automation, weighing & packing system support

- Electrical & instrumentation troubleshooting

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation)

Experience

• 2 to 6 Years

Salary & Benefits:

• 20,000 to 40,000 per month (based on experience)
