Senior Automation Engineer - TECH STACK BUILDER — CONTRACTUAL - Fixed pay for 45 day not yearly

This is a build-and-exit engagement. This is not a permanent role.

We are sourcing a hands-on systems builder to build, deploy, document, and hand off an AI-assisted acquisition funnel. The system must be operable by a single non-technical operator after handoff.

Speed and discipline matter more than perfection.

Purpose

Build a fully functioning deal-generation system that:

• Generates large volumes of potential targets
• Filters aggressively
• Surfaces only qualified acquisition opportunities
• Feeds an Acquisitions Director
• Keeps senior leadership insulated from noise

There are no deviations from the defined deal flow.

What You Must Build

A working system using only the following tools:

• Airtable (CRM)
• Clay (lead sourcing and enrichment)
• Make.com (automation)
• OpenAI API (scoring, drafting, summaries)
• Google Workspace (email, calendar)
• Email verification tool

The system must:

• Ingest targets
• Enrich and score leads
• Tag and filter aggressively
• Draft outbound outreach
• Route and track responses
• Generate clean one-page deal briefs
• Be fully operable by one non-technical operator

What Success Looks Like

• System ingests 200–400 raw leads per week
• Filters to 50–75 qualified targets per week
• Supports 250–400 outbound touches per week
• Produces clean one-page deal briefs
• Operator can run the system independently
• SOPs are documented
• Clean handoff with zero dependency

Required Profile (Non-Negotiable)

You:

• Have personally built outbound or acquisition systems end-to-end
• Are hands-on with Airtable, Clay, and automation tools
• Think in pipelines, not marketing funnels
• Can document SOPs and train operators
• Deliver fast without overengineering
• Are comfortable exiting after delivery

Do not apply if you are:

• An “AI consultant”
• A custom SaaS builder
• A marketing automation specialist
• Strategy-heavy without working systems
• Looking for a long-term or advisory role

Contract Parameters

• Engagement: 30–45 days
• Fixed scope
• Milestone-based
• Final payment released only after operator training and clean handoff

• Accelerate deal flow
• Surface qualified acquisition opportunities
• Enable disciplined execution

If you cannot clearly see yourself delivering in this structure, this is not the right role.
