Urgently Hiring a Qualified - Automation and Instrument Engineer/ Supervisor

Job Location: Aramco Refinery in Jizan

Experience in Refinery needed.

Scope: -

1) Supervise and control daily activities of

instrumentation staff.

2) Follow Schedule and oversee preventive and

corrective maintenance of: Palletizers,

conveyor system, Ship loader, stacker and reclaimer, belt scale, Integrate sensors,

actuators, and HMIs.

3) Communicate and update the planner for

weekly planned schedule.

4) Diagnoses and troubleshoot.

5) Can identify the spare part material

requirement.

6) Maintain maintenance records, logs, reports,

alarm optimization.

7) Communicate with operation, engineering, and

third-party service providers if required.

8) Train and mentor junior technicians

9) Can Prepare JSA, risk assessment

Expected Competency: -

1) Program PLCs (Programmable Logic Control)

2) Configure SCADA systems.

3) Troubleshoot production line automation.

4) Hands on experience of Allen Bradley PLC Control logics

and Compact Logix.

5) Hands on experience of Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000

6) Hands on experience on Factory talk view machine

edition.

7) Work with a wide range of industrial automation systems,

including PLCs, industrial controls, pneumatics, and

hydraulics.

8) Manage industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, DeviceNet, and Ethernet-

based systems.

9) Hand-on experience with Pressure Gauges Switches,

Temp transmitters, Mass Flow Meters, differential

Pressure Trans., displacer Level Trans., radar level trans., Gas Detection/Analyzer/Fire Types, Control valves, and Actuators.

10) Knowledge of conditions-monitoring report analysis to

identify potential instruments failures / improvement

opportunities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical

Engineering (B.E./B. Tech preferred)

8+ years of experience in maintenance, with 4+ years in a supervisory role

Must have worked inside refinery or plant maintenance specially in Solid Handling and shipload unit
