We’re seeking a hands-on, technically strong Automation & Integration Specialist to join our growing automation and AI team. This role focuses on designing and executing low-code workflows usingno-code/low-code automation platforms, managing integrations with external systems, and writing dynamic scripts logic for automation at scale.

You will play a critical role in turning business, clinical, and compliance processes into reliable, scalable workflows that power patient journeys, internal ops, and AI agents.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, automation architecture, and has a passion for efficiency, data, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain workflows using triggers, algorithims, and reusable subflows.
  • Write custom script based functions in Code nodes to process, transform, and validate dynamic data.
  • Integrate with external systems (REST APIs, GraphQL, FHIR, Gmail, Slack, etc.) using proper auth, error handling, and pagination.
  • Implement fallback and error-handling strategies (Slack alerts, retries, exception tracking).
  • Support monitoring and debugging efforts using logs, execution histories, and performance metrics.
  • Document flows with clear sticky notes, naming conventions, and versioning practices.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Analysts, and Compliance leads to translate process needs into automation logic.
  • Support LLM and agent integrations when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/python— especially with async functions and object manipulation.
  • Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) and handling auth flows (OAuth2, API keys).
  • Familiarity with databases or cloud services (PostgreSQL, Airtable, Google Sheets).
  • Experience working with JSON, HTML, or other structured formats.
  • Good understanding of data routing, logic modeling, and modular flow design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workflows with deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related fields):

  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Health Informatics
  • Information Systems
  • Data Science
  • Or a relevant technical/engineering discipline

(Bonus):

  • 2–3 years of experience working with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n,etc.).
  • Experience in healthcare systems, clinical automation, or digital health products.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or EHR integration.
  • Basic understanding of LangChain, LLMs (Groq, OpenAI, OLLama), or vector search.
  • Worked with dashboarding platforms like Metabaseor others.
