Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead to architect and drive enterprise-wide low-code and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, governance, integrations, and delivery while closely partnering with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and AI-led automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Define governance models, standards, and platform best practices
• Lead Dataverse data modeling and cross-system integrations (ERP/CRM/Custom Applications)
• Drive automation fitment discussions and end-to-end solution design
• Lead and mentor low-code development teams; ensure delivery quality
• Engage business stakeholders to identify automation use cases and ROI
• Promote AI-driven automation using Copilot Studio and AI Builder

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall application development experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
• Proven experience integrating with SharePoint, Azure services, SQL, ERP/CRM systems
• Strong background in governance, CoE models, and solution architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications (Mandatory)

• PL-600
• PL-900

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
