Automation & Maintenance Management Engineer

At Bareks, we believe sustainable success is achieved with people who are passionate about their work. We are looking for a Production, Automation & Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our maintenance and automation capabilities at our production facility.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in production lines
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic and automation-related issues
• Apply TPM-based planned maintenance practices to ensure continuous and efficient production
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Take active role in automation, robotics and digitalization projects
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with energy, fire and OHS requirements
• Coordinate maintenance activities in a three-shift production environment
• Prepare technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial production environment
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, automation hardware/software and industrial control systems
• Experience with TPM practices and quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Knowledge or experience in energy efficiency and ISO 50001 is an asset
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of MS Office , especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus
• Team-oriented, responsible and result-focused mindset
