What You’ll Do

• Lead clients through our proven 6-step implementation process—from Discovery to Reviews & Referrals
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable client benefits
• Design and manage multi-channel outreach automation projects
• Build scalable AI communication workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, and Bubble.io
• Implement conversational AI using platforms like VAPI and Retell
• Coordinate with virtual teams and developers across time zones
• Ensure flawless execution and maintain our 95% project completion success rate
• Respond quickly and professionally to clients and internal teams during US business hours (CST or PST)
• Drive client satisfaction, Google reviews, and referrals
• Mentor developers and ensure technical alignment across projects

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are fluent in English and confident in client-facing communication
• Are coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Have successful project management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI
• Have 2–4+ years building custom automations and leading technical projects
• Understand compliance in multi-channel communications
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and love solving problems
• Are highly responsive and available during US business hours (CST or PST)
• Value both precision and empathy in client relationships
• Have experience with Twilio, Go High Level, and API development (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML)
• Are familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)—a plus
