Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Automation Specialist to join our team on-site in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow automation, system integrations, and custom scripting using monday.com, Zapier, and Make.com.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can quickly understand business processes, improve operational efficiency, and provide proactive technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain monday.com workflows
• Develop custom JavaScript/TypeScript automations for Zapier and Make
• Integrate third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
• Automate document generation and distribution processes
• Monitor workflow performance and maintain data quality
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely solutions
• Research and evaluate new automation tools and technologies

Required Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and API integrations
• Knowledge of monday.com Platform API (GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make.com
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly during business hours

• monday Apps Framework / SDK
• React.js
• Serverless deployment
• Zapier Platform development
• Make API integrations

Work Expectations

• Availability during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM CST)
• Same-day response for troubleshooting and support
• Consistent communication and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to handle 10–20 hours of work weekly depending on business needs
