Automation Specialist (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable)

Purpose of the RoleThis is a mid-to-senior-level automation role.

The specialist will own the design, implementation, andmaintenanceof automation workflows across platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, Klaviyo, and other SaaS tools.

They willensure seamless business process automation and be responsible for handling critical automation failures,evenoutside office hours.Primary Tech Stack & Tools

The candidate must already have hands-on experience with the following:- Zapier (Advanced multi-step workflows, error handling)- Make.com (Integromat scenarios, complex logic building)-

Airtable (Bases, Automation, Scripting, API integrations)- API Integrations & Webhooks- Klaviyo (Marketing automation)- Other SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks- GitHub (for automation scripts, if applicable)-

Familiarity with marketing and CRM automation toolsResponsibilities-

Design and maintain automation workflows across platforms-

Monitor and troubleshoot automation breakdowns proactively-

Integrate APIs and manage webhook-based automations-

Optimize existing workflows for efficiency- Collaborate with marketing, development, and operations teams-

Ensure reliability of critical automations, including emergency support after hoursMust-Have Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of proven experience with Zapier, Make.com, and Airtable- Strong API integration skills (no-code and light-code where needed)-

Experience with Klaviyo and marketing automation flows-

Ability to handle troubleshooting and optimization independently-

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detailReject Without Discussion If Candidate:- Has only basic Zapier/Make knowledge (template users)- Cannot handle API or webhook integrations-

Lacks experience with Airtable automation or scripting- Has no exposure to marketing automation tools like KlaviyoScreening Expectations (Strict):-
