Automation Technician

Installation & Maintenance

• Install, configure, and calibrate automation equipment, sensors, PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated machinery.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and networked control devices.
• Repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime.

System Optimization

• Assist in programming PLCs, HMIs, robots, and related automation equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support equipment upgrades, continuous improvement projects, and system integrations.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all automation systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to maintain safe workflows.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, and improvements.
• Support training of operators and maintenance personnel on automated equipment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
