Position: Automation Test Engineer (Selenium)

Location: Thane/ Pune

Experience: 8-12 years

About the Role: We are seeking a Automation Tester (Selenium) to join our Quality Assurance team. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining test automation frameworks, ensuring software quality, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities·

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and enhance automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Work closely with developers, QA team, and business analysts to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Track, report, and manage defects to resolution.· Ensure maximum automation coverage and maintain automation test suites.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in Java or C# for test script development.
• Hands on Experience in Playwrights.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Hybrid, or BDD with Cucumber/TestNG).
• Experience with API automation testing tools (e.g., REST Assured, Postman).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.) and version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
