Position Overview

We are seeking a Trainer for Automobile Sales, a Certified training Program by NSDC and ASDC. At our Jhargram Training Centre (near Belpahari).
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions to prepare young women students for roles in automotive showroom hospitality and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular classroom sessions on automotive showroom hosting and customer interaction.
• Train students in communication, grooming, and sales presentation skills.
• Guide learners to develop confidence and industry readiness.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the project management team for smooth training delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of industry experience in automobile sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer or teacher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and passion to train and motivate students.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and spoken English.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic computer operation skills.
