We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Supervisor to lead our Mechanical Department. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an automobile mechanic, with extensive knowledge of diagnosing and solving complex mechanical issues. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding the team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the mechanical department’s daily operations.
• Provide expert diagnosis and resolution for complex mechanical issues.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and service procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor the team of mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and customer service.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Maintain a strong customer service focus, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as an automobile mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical problems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop.
