AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP MANAGER

We are seeking a results-driven Workshop Manager to take charge of our automobile garage operations and lead our team towards higher performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and business acumen to improve efficiency, expand client relationships, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and streamline all workshop activities for maximum efficiency and quality.

· Supervise, motivate, and train a team of mechanics, technicians, and service advisors.

· Oversee customer service operations to ensure timely and professional support.

· Control costs, monitor spare parts inventory, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

· Develop and implement service improvement and revenue growth strategies.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.

· Prepare and analyze reports on productivity, turnover, and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

· Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

· 5+ years of experience in managing automobile workshop operations.

· Proven ability to improve workflow, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

· UAE driving license preferred.
