Automotive Accountant / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is now hiring an Experienced Automotive Accountant/Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist. Position is Full time. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares daily deposits and cash receipts
• Responsible for all accounts receivables and works with vendors on collections
• Reconciles statement, cleans accounting schedules
• Confirms and Remits Warranty payments
• Other assigned accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Assist in monthly accounting office closings
• Prepares analysis of accounts
• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation background required

Automotive Accounting Receivable Specialist

Qualifications:

• 2 years of automotive accounting experience needed
• Strong Bookkeeping/ Accounting experience required
• Must be proficient with Excel and able to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Associates or higher degree in Accounting or Business -related degree preferred
