Gold Coast Cadillac is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting and administrative functions of the dealership while helping maintain efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Accounts Payable
- Prepare automotive deals for posting and bank submission
- Scan, organize, and file dealership documents
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of paperwork
- Work closely with management and accounting staff to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic accounting knowledge and office administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software is a plus
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
