Automotive Accounting Assistant

Gold Coast Cadillac is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting and administrative functions of the dealership while helping maintain efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage Accounts Payable
  • Prepare automotive deals for posting and bank submission
  • Scan, organize, and file dealership documents
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of paperwork
  • Work closely with management and accounting staff to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic accounting knowledge and office administration experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software is a plus
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
