What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dealership's daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing dealership documentation, reports, and records
• Processing vehicle sales, title documentation, and incentive paperwork
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
• Coordinating with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline administrative tasks
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintaining organized and accurate files for dealership operations
• Handling data entry, invoice processing, and general office duties
• Providing support to management with reporting and tracking dealership performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (DealerTrack experience a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with multiple departments
• A customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record screening (Once a conditional offer of employment is given.)
