Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Automotive Controller to work with our team! This pivotal role involves overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in various accounting disciplines, along with expertise in financial analysis and software.

Responsibilities

• Help manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and industry standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis to maintain precise financial records.
• Supervise the use of accounting software and financial management tools.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping practices are followed across all financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive dealerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for reporting purposes.
• Excellent knowledge of cash flow management, payroll processing, and technical accounting procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial report writing and conduct thorough account analysis.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
