Job Description:
As the Assistant Manager of our automotive workshop, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will work closely with the Workshop Floor incharges and technitians to oversee and coordinate various activities while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Workshop Manager in overseeing the overall operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies as needed, and managing supplier relationships.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth, customer retention, and profitability.

Prepare and analyze reports, including financial data, operational metrics, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, maintenance procedures, and diagnostic tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software systems.

Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work flexible hours.
