Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to convert digital leads into confirmed showroom appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to all incoming internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages.
- Outbound Contact: Conduct high-volume outbound calling and follow up with prospective customers.
- Appointment Setting: Guide customers through their initial questions and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
- CRM Tracking: Meticulously log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
- Follow-up Campaigns: Re-engage past leads and data-mine our database for equity and trade-in opportunities.
- Professionalism: Represent SuperAutos Miami with an enthusiastic, helpful, and professional demeanor over the phone.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an automotive BDC, internet sales, or a high-volume call center environment.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required.
- Phone Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a confident phone presence.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency using automotive CRM software (e.g., DealerSocket, VinSolutions, ReyRey) and lead management tools.
- Mindset: Highly organized, resilient against rejection, and driven to hit daily contact goals.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days Off: One fixed day off during the week every two weeks + Sundays off
Compensation:
- Annual earnings range: $48,000 – $84,000 (Base salary + aggressive performance-based commission/bonuses)
