Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. · Automotive SALES BDC is ESSENTIAL

· Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service

· Outstanding follow-up skills

· Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls

· Strong communication skills –both verbal and written

· Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

· Highly organized with attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
