Automotive BDC Call Center Representative & Receptionist

The award winning Acura of Wappingers Falls is growing! We are hiring for both our Service Call Center (Service BDC rep) and Service Receptionist positions. We are looking for new members to join our very successful team. Previous experience is a plus but we will train the right individual that shows the motivation and talent needed to succeed in this field.

Our BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling incoming & outgoing sales phone calls and service requests, as well as confirming service appointments.

Compensation is a combination of competitive hourly pay and a generous monthly performance bonuses in addition to paid vacation time, health and dental insurance.

Job duties include:

• Following up with customer requests, answering and making service calls & emails.
• Setting and following up on all appointments made or missed
• Staying current on all product knowledge

Job specifications:

• Experience with automotive CRMs are a huge plus but not required
• Basic Computer knowledge is required
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone making 100+ calls daily
• You must be able to work evenings and Saturdays, this is a full time position
