What You’ll Do:

• Assess vehicle damage and plan efficient repair processes.
• Perform high-quality repairs, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.
• Work on Tesla and other vehicles, gaining expertise in advanced automotive technology.
• Remove and reinstall vehicle components like upholstery and trim.
• Communicate effectively with the team about repair status.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace aligned with company standards.
• Operate welding tools and repair equipment with precision.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collision or body shop.
• I-CAR welding certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Certification in body repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.94 - $28.68 per hour
