The ideal candidate will be able to consistently deliver top tier customer service to our clientele while providing accurate and up to date information on our inventory, sales process, and purchase options. Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit an excellent sense of hospitality
• Multi-task using the phone (100+calls per day & 200+ text messages), email, CRM, and text to bring our clients a memorable experience
• Self-directed (can perform tasks with minimal supervision)
• Have a positive and productive attitude
• Receptive to special requests
• Enthusiastic about interacting with and helping the clients they interact with.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
• Be on time and getting the job done in time
• Perform all work-related duties in a friendly and cordial manner, committing to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Computer proficient
• Call center / automotive dealership experience
• Excellent listener
• Outstanding/effective communicator
• Team and independent worker
• Be productive in call center environment
• Bi-Lingual a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
