We are expanding our Business Development Center and are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused BDC Representatives to join our team in Nassau and Suffolk County.

As a BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus is building relationships, managing inbound and outbound communications, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our dealership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, chats, and email inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales and service departments
  • Follow up with customers regarding their dealership experience and future needs
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers regarding lease maturities, vehicle upgrade opportunities, and customer retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within CRM systems
  • Build rapport with customers while providing exceptional service and support
  • Meet appointment-setting and customer follow-up goals

Qualifications

  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, appointment-setting, or automotive dealership experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, confident, and friendly phone presence
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, internet applications, and email communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
