Job Summary
Global Auto Mall is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our team. The BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, responding to internet leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is helpful but not required-we provide training.
Responsibilities

Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries

Contact potential customers to schedule appointments with the sales team

Follow up with previous leads and unsold opportunities

Confirm appointments and provide excellent customer service

Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Meet daily and monthly activity and appointment goals
Qualifications

Customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred

Strong phone and communication skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
