Automotive Buying Assistant

Overview
This position plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential sellers, gathering information about vehicles, and scheduling appointments for management team to inspect the vehicle. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the automotive industry while playing a vital role in building our inventory. Duties

• Initiate conversations with sellers to establish rapport and gather accurate vehicle descriptions.
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to connect with potential sellers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Responding to leads through calls, emails and texts from customers interested in selling their vehicles.
• Respond promptly to seller inquiries and maintain clear communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and reporting on acquisition activities.
• Participate in regular meetings to share insights, progress, and any challenges faced during the sourcing process.
• Maintain organized records of all acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

• Proficient in software applications related to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a BDC or customer service related field is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately capture and present information
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently within defined guidelines
• Self motivated and ability to work independently.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
