Who are we looking for?

  • Automotive Diagnostics tools experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive software products, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed technical support.
  • Conduct data entry accurately into company systems to document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting suitable automotive software solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and providing clear guidance throughout each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall call center performance.
  • Manage client information securely while adhering to confidentiality protocols and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Escalate advanced technical or vehicle‑specific issues to senior technicians or engineering teams

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Previous automotive call center experience or automotive customer support background is required; training will be provided.
  • Interest in automotive technology or vehicle diagnostics
  • Experience with automotive repair environments or shops operations
  • Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide clear solutions.
  • Good understanding of diagnostic tools or scan software.
  • Interest in automotive technology or vehicle diagnostics.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
