Automotive Car Biller

The Penz Automotive Group, a fast-paced auto group in Southern Minnesota, is searching for an experienced Automotive Car Biller to join our team. This position requires someone that is highly organized, has great communication skills, and can multi-task.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Calculate and verify vehicle costs
• Process vehicle sale transactions in DealerTrack
• Coordinate vehicle payoffs
• Provide billing and invoicing support of car deals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Prepare daily bank deposit
• Vehicle invoicing
• Customer and vendor communication regarding invoices and billing
• Perform general office and administrative duties

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Solid understanding of automotive financing and dealership operations
• Previous dealership experience preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
