Automotive Claims Adjuster-Bilingual English/French

Job Description:

Are you an experienced automotive technician, service advisor, or service manager and tired of “breaking your back working on vehicles in the heat” all day? Veritas Global Protection Services, Inc is a Vehicle Service Contract (commonly referred to as an “Extended Warranty”) claims adjudication company located off Central and Osborn in Phoenix, Arizona and we are rapidly growing!

We are looking for skilled and experienced automotive technicians and mechanics, fluent in French to join our team as claims adjusters. Automotive experience is required, but claims experience is not!

We are a company with room for advancement for the right individual with the right attitude. The position will require someone with strong automotive experience with an automotive service and/or automotive instructor background.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming claims calls from repair facilities requesting claim authorizations.
• Adjudicating claims based off terms and conditions of a mechanical service contract
• Giving an approval or denial decision and entering those claims into our claims system.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English
• Automotive experience 2+ years
• Automotive service experience 2+ years
• Problem Solving
• Ability to operate a computer and various software programs

Position Duties:

• Taking inbound calls and entering all claims data into the computer
• Utilizing automotive skills and knowledge to negotiate part pricing, labor rate hours, and rendering an approval or denial of a claim (making a decision)
• Follow up with repair facilities, service centers, and dealers to ensure the timely processing of the claim
• Researching specific automotive issues, TSBs, and recalls assisting in the outcome of the claim decision
• Taking on additional job-related tasks as requested by team leaders.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
